Launched in 2004, the idea came to me after months of searching for cool shirts that had something to do with women riding motorcycles. All I could find was apparel in leather for women or shirts with sayings and designs that men like. There was very little out there for the woman who likes to ride. So, an idea was born. With the help of my partner and after months of perfecting the logo (thanks to Alyn of Knoxville, TN... I think we drove her crazy with the changes we kept making to the logo), Motorcycle Girl came to life! We would like to thank everyone whose input was valuable, to Shawn for designing the website, to Amie and Jasmine for modeling the shirts for us, to Darrell and Jason for their designs, and to Parker Prints for printing the shirts.

I have been riding motorcycles since I was young...starting with a mini bike, going to a dirt bike and then riding my dad's Honda. I bought a Honda 125 when I was in college (back then, it was a pretty big bike... or so I thought). I currently ride a 750 Honda Shadow Spirit. My bike is currently undergoing some customizing by my friend Tony of Insane Psycles.  You can go into the Gallery and check out the progress .  Here is what I am doing to my bike: custom paint job, powder coat the frame, new rear fender, new grips and pegs, highway pegs, new mirrors, redesign the seat, chrome brake reservoir, chrome oil cap filler, cobra drag pipes, powder coat custom side-mount license plate (fabricated by Tony) with an oval billet tail/brake light, new front/rear blinkers, yellow neon lights under tank, and added a hypercharger. Soon, you will be able to click on a link taking you to Tony's website for bike customizing. He does amazing work!
